Is it
a stone?
I’m unseeing,
A stone doesn’t have eyes
not listening to,
A stone doesn’t have ears
not transferring,
A stone doesn’t have transferring components
But I exist, unfeeling,
A stone is an entity
And a stone doesn’t have nerves
not pondering,
A stone doesn’t have a mind
and empty.
This, if associated to the earlier line, might imply the vacancy of emotions.
A stone doesn’t have emotions
I lie right here, not alone, with out firm,
A stone can lie
Not alone; the stone has brethren
But stones can’t be firm
not stirring,
A stone doesn’t stir
motionless.
A stone doesn’t transfer
Not misplaced, however misplaced.
Not misplaced, for itself.
But misplaced for anybody else, within the myriad of different stones
Not gone, however gone.
Not gone, as a person
But gone, as a mass
I merely lie right here, not dwelling,
A stone can lie
A stone can’t stay
not transferring.
A stone doesn’t transfer
Just right here.
A stone will be right here.
What am I?
A stone!?
