It’s been 20 years for the reason that Mafia franchise took the stage and it sounds prefer it’s gonna be only some extra years till we see the following journey.

While Mafia III definitely had combined reactions, Hanger 13 didn’t let that cease them from releasing remasters of the award-winning earlier entries to the franchise, actually amping up the love followers had for the collection and placing the studio again out into the area.

During an interview over on the official web site, General Manager Roman Hladík spilled the kinda on the market beans that they’ve began work on a brand new recreation within the franchise whereas holding it hush-hush about what it might be about.

“I’m happy to confirm we’ve started work on an all-new Mafia project! While it’s a few years away and we can’t share anything more right now, we’re really excited to keep working on this beloved franchise and to entertain our players with new stories.”

Back in May, it was alleged the studio was engaged on two completely different mainline entries to the franchise, one prequel and one other following up that prequel. While that hasn’t been confirmed, taking us again to Sicily through the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries could be a pleasant change of tempo and a nice method to presumably even reintroduce some key individuals.
