Disney’s Aladdin was one of many first movies I noticed in theaters. With its astonishing visuals and beautiful musical rating, Aladdin shortly grew to become an all-time favourite. The first cosplay I ever created was Princess Jasmine, however a good friend of mine’s quirky character spoke to a way more fun-loving character.
Mia St. Clair is a pricey good friend who makes a speciality of authentic creations for her cosplay, and after we met up for our yearly picture retreat with AzulOx Visuals, she got here with a particular mission in thoughts – the Magic Carpet.
Creating the Magic Carpet Cosplay
As the legend has it, Mia attended a conference and was gifted a painted vest by a patron. This impressed her to create a Magic Carpet cosplay. She arrived at our retreat with this attractive vest painted within the colours of the long-lasting Disney carpet, and I KNEW what we needed to do. My specialty is historic costuming, and I occurred to have a bag stuffed with garb with me… and a few of my weaponry as effectively.
With my Persian shamshir, my Armstreet Persian boots, and a few Indian pants, Mia had every thing she wanted to carry her Magic Carpet to life! Just a few swirls of paint on her attractive face later, and we had been able to shoot. Our good friend Josh had the right location useful, the historic Rattlesnake Canyon- and the remaining is historical past. We hope you get pleasure from this artistic tackle Aladdin’s Magic Carpet!
