Those lamenting the approaching finish of House of the Dragon’s first season on HBO can relaxation simple: Game of Thrones creator George R. R. Martin confirmed that the prequel collection will consist of 4 seasons, with every season containing ten episodes.

The creator confirmed the information in a private weblog submit, which can be crammed with musings on professional soccer. He mentioned he thought that Ryan Condal dealt with varied time jumps within the collection “very very well,” even when some characters may have been fleshed out extra.

“I mean, I cannot really review the show, that would be crazy, I am hardly objective… but I do want to commend Ryan Condal and Miguel Sapochnik and the cast and crew for the work they’ve done. Sunday’s episode, ‘[The] Lord of the Tides,’ was everything I hoped it should be.”
