Hellena Taylor, the unique voice for Bayonetta, was provided $4,000 to reprise her position. She’s now asking followers to boycott the sport.

In a collection of three separate tweets, Taylor explains how she was provided $4,000 to voice your entire Bayonetta 3 sport. She considers the supply “an insult”. She’s asking followers of the collection to boycott the sport and as an alternative donate the cash they might have spent to charity as an alternative.
Taylor acknowledges the supply was completely authorized, if not immoral. And understands that loads of individuals will nonetheless purchase the sport regardless. However, she makes a name “if you’re someone who cares about people […], then I urge you to boycott this game.”
At the beginning of the entire forwards and backwards, Taylor was required to audition for the position once more. However, this isn’t that uncommon. It was solely after she handed the audition she was provided the $4,000 for the half.

Since then, the director of the Bayonetta collection, Hideki Kamiya, responded by saying “Sad and deplorable about the attitude of untruth. That’s what all I can tell now. By the way, BEWARE OF MY RULES.”
The tweet has since been deleted, as has his whole Twitter account.
Issues of paying artists a good wage are nothing new. However, extra consideration that is dropped at points like these helps elevate consciousness of the issue. We will most likely by no means know your entire reasoning behind the low supply, or if there is a component of “untruth” in what Taylor was saying. But deleting your Twitter account after an accusation definitely doesn’t look good general.
