After Activision Blizzard chief communications officer Lulu Cheng Meservey revealed an alleged “company-wide Slack message disparaging [Activision Blizzard workers’] union,” the Communications Workers of America has filed a brand new unfair labor criticism with the National Labor Relations Board.
The cost, filed Monday, alleges that Meservey posted “anti-union propaganda” within the #ABK-press Slack room and to an estimated 18,000 employees on Oct. 18. The message was later revealed to Twitter, the place Twitter customers accused her of “pushing right-wing talking points,” in response to Kotaku. Activision Blizzard employees’ public union push started in January after Raven Software QA employees introduced their intention to unionize. Those employees gained their union in May.
