Games Workshop reveals off an influence from the Warp. Meet Vashtorr the Arkifane.
There was a variety of pleasure for the Warhammer Preview Online and GW didn’t disappoint. There’s a brand new (outdated) drive within the warp that’s making its presence felt in realspace. The Arkifane is coming.
Vashtorr The Arkifane
Described as a dem-god of the Warp, Vashtorr is a warp creature made manifest. This entity serves nobody Chaos God — in truth, it has ambitions to grow to be considered one of it’s personal! Born of the collective inventive psychic energies that coalesced within the warp Vashtorr the Arkifane is considerably of an arms seller of Chaos. You can see from the design that Vashtorr is the sort of the “thing” that evokes the Chaos Engines.

A creature that blends each flesh and steel. A spawn of the warp that serves no Chaos God. Vashtorr is one thing new…or possibly one thing outdated. This demi-god doesn’t signify a daemon prince with mechanical elements — the Arkifane is one thing new. And he’s received a good friend in Abaddon…(effectively as pleasant as you could be with Abaddon). Maybe office acquaintance is a greater descriptor.
