You might have Vesuvan Doppelganger enter the battlefield as a replica of any creature on the battlefield, besides it would not copy that creature’s coloration and it has “At the start of your maintenance, you will have this creature turn out to be a replica of goal creature, besides it would not copy that creature’s coloration and it has this skill.”
Note that, not like the examples you posted or, e.g., Embalm playing cards, it would not say “besides that it is blue”.
As of this writing, Vesuvan Doppelganger is the one card whose Oracle textual content comprises both “would not copy” or “do not copy”. A search of copy results “besides” additionally would not flip up every other examples falling underneath 707.9c, though it does present a whole lot of examples of 707.9a and 707.9b modifications.
