The participant who managed the everlasting from which the flexibility triggered is that capacity’s controller on the stack. That could be you.

109.5. The phrases “you” and “your” on an object discuss with the item’s controller, its would-be controller (if a participant is making an attempt to play, solid, or activate it), or its proprietor (if it has no controller). For a static capacity, that is the present controller of the item it’s on. For an activated capacity, that is the participant who activated the flexibility. For a triggered capacity, that is the controller of the item when the flexibility triggered, until it’s a delayed triggered capacity. To decide the controller of a delayed triggered capacity, see guidelines 603.7d–f.

This is in keeping with the overall guidelines for talents:

113.7a Once activated or triggered, a capability exists on the stack independently of its supply. Destruction or elimination of the supply after that point received’t have an effect on the flexibility. [..]

If a change of management after activation/triggering mattered, then destruction of the supply of the flexibility would additionally change its controller, presumably to no controller, and “you” within the capacity’s textual content wouldn’t discuss with anybody.
